Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Subscription

The ₹49 monthly plan is a 12-month recurring subscription. Customers may request cancellation of future recurring payments through the available subscription cancellation process.

2. Cancellation

Cancellation stops future recurring charges after the cancellation is successfully processed. Cancellation does not automatically reverse payments that have already been successfully processed.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your registered email address, payment ID and reason for the request.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access to paid services may remain unavailable until successful payment confirmation is received.
